  • How to Make a Copy

Start by turning on your printer and loading paper into the tray. Make sure the paper is properly aligned to avoid jams. Next, place your document face down on the scanner glass, ensuring it’s clean and positioned correctly using the guides. Choose whether you want a black-and-white or color copy.

Then select the number of copies you need. Finally, press the copy button to start the copying process. Wait patiently as the printer scans and prints your document. When finished, carefully remove your original from the glass. Check the copies to make sure they are clear and complete.

If necessary, adjust settings and try again for better results. Remember to turn off the printer if you’re done to save power. Keep the scanner glass clean for the best copy quality next time.

  • Send A Fax

Make sure your printer or multifunction device is powered on and properly set up. Load the document you want to fax onto the platen glass or into the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), depending on your device. Double-check that the document is placed correctly and the glass is clean to avoid errors.

Access the fax option on your printer’s control panel or touchscreen. Enter the recipient’s fax number carefully, making sure all digits are correct. Choose whether to send the fax in black-and-white or color, if your device supports it. Press the send button to start transmitting your document. The printer will scan and send the fax automatically. Wait while the machine completes the transmission; this may take a few moments.

Once finished, check the confirmation message on the screen. Remove your original document from the platen or ADF. If the fax did not send successfully, verify the number and try again. Keep your fax machine ready by regularly checking ink and paper levels.

  • Make A Print

First, turn on your printer and load paper into the tray, making sure it’s properly aligned to avoid any jams or misfeeds. Check that you have enough ink or toner before starting your print job. On your computer or device, open the document or image you want to print. Access the print dialog by selecting “Print” from the file menu or pressing the shortcut keys.

Choose your printer from the list of available devices. Set the correct paper size and orientation according to your needs. Select the number of copies you want to print. You can also adjust other settings such as print quality or color options if needed. Once everything is set, click “OK” or “Print” to start the job.

Follow any on-screen instructions that appear. Wait while your printer processes and prints the document. When finished, carefully remove the printed pages from the output tray. If the print quality isn’t satisfactory, check your settings and try again.

COMMON PROBLEMS

Common printer issues include frequent paper jams, warning lights flashing, outdated drivers causing errors, and unexpected ink depletion during critical printing tasks.

PRINT WITH PRECISION

Engineered for performance, printers produce detailed output at high speeds, improving accuracy and reducing downtime.

Startup Guide

Start by taking your printer out of the box and carefully removing all packaging and protective materials. Find a steady, level surface to place it on. Lift the lid and check for any tape or foam inside, and take those out. Plug the power cable into the printer and then into a power source. If you're using a USB or network cable, go ahead and connect those too. Now you're ready to power it on and get started with setup!
